TSG Events is a division of CompuCom Systems Inc. TSG provides event technical support for Microsoft events worldwide. TSG is the largest provider of event technical support services domestically and internationally. Known for its culture of quality and a strong sense of service, the TSG team provides a cost effective best practices technical support offering that is consistent across event types and venues. With a long tradition of expert support and located on the Redmond Campus, TSG support capabilities scale from small to large, simple to complex.
TSG supports conferences, tradeshows, keynotes, expo halls, breakouts, internet kiosks or Communications Networks (CommNET), and registration areas. TSG is the MSVP Premier event technical support provider for the Microsoft executive team. TSG was named the Microsoft Business Solutions New Vendor Partner of the Year in 2002. In 2003 TSG received the Microsoft Service Provider of the Year Award and was named an MSVP Premier Provider in 2004. With a full time staff of 40, TSG is ready to provide the ultimate in event technical support.

Ken Shefveland
General Manager
As General Manager of CompuCom's Technical Support Group for over 10 years, Ken Shefveland has led the outsourced Microsoft event technical team to a premier position within the events industry. Ken joined CompuCom in 1998 after ten years as Chief Operating Officer of InfoTech Corporation, a Seattle-based mainframe outsourcing company. Ken received BA and MBA degrees from the University of Washington.
Brett Nordquist
Technical Operations Manager
Brett Nordquist brings over 10 years of technical project management experience to CompuCom. Brett manages Technical Operations at CompuCom, which provides technical services to over 500 annual Microsoft events. Brett also worked as a Product Manager for the Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Teams. He holds a B.A. degree in German from the University of Utah.
Jamie Sharkey
Event Operations & Marketing Manager
Jamie Sharkey joined TSG in 2005 and since has worked her way through the technical and project management divisions. As our Event Operation and Marketing Manager her excellent organization and leadership skills contribute to our organization's innovative market. She holds a B.A. degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management from Central Washington University.
James Griswold
Business Operations Manager
Has approximately 9 years experience with CompuCom managing various aspects of Event Technical Support, including project, inventory control/warehouse, business and financial management. Other experience includes 6 years in technical sales and retail store management. Holds a B.A in Economics from Washington State University.
Matt Everham
Hardware Resource Manager
Matt brings over 10 years of inventory management experience and over 5 years of hardware resource management knowledge to the CompuCom team. Previously Matt worked as shipping/receiving lead for Mac's Place and also spent 2 years as the advertising coordinator for same company. Matt is also a Gulf War and United States Marine Corp veteran.
Dave Clement
Production Operations & Technology Manager
Dave brings 25 years of event experience to TSG. For the last 15 years he's managed the Executive Tier Program which has lead to many industry recognized innovations. Previously, Dave worked for one of the nation's largest A/V companies. He holds an AA degree from Columbia College where he studied television and motion picture production.
