Sourcing and working with servers, SAN's, Arrays, Laptops, Desktops and Tablet PC's, TSG works with these options constantly and is well versed in the processes and procedures necessary in engaging the appropriate provider, and can assist you in the cost/benefit analysis for each option to ensure that you have selected the best for your event.

Getting on the internet, having access to your Microsoft email and providing access to attendees corporate networks is imperative- it is expected and it must be as reliable as the electricity and other utilities in the facility. When ordering connectivity, it is important to match the terms and capabilities that the facility or venue offers with the needs that Microsoft events have. Having the facilities technical staff inform you that wireless is available in all meeting rooms, or that all rooms have high-speed internet, can be misleading in that you may believe that this network is in fact there, is robust enough to accommodate your events needs, and that it will work with the Microsoft staff and attendee staff needs to get to their appropriate corporate networks.
